Honex operates a managed-services platform for construction and event site services. This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Services, including vendors, general contractors, project managers, event organizers, site owners, and visitors to our websites.

The Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. Honex does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that personal information from a minor has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

Job-related information may be shared between vendors, general contractors, event organizers, and other authorized project participants as necessary to perform services.

We share information with third-party service providers and contractors (including hosting, payment processing, analytics, customer support, communications, and security providers) that process information on our behalf pursuant to contractual obligations restricting use to our instructions and applicable law.

3. Legal and Compliance

We may disclose information to comply with applicable laws, regulations, subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Honex or others.

4 Business Transfers

If Honex is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections

Honex does not sell personal information, as defined under applicable privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA.

5. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

Provide the Services
Fulfill contractual, legal, accounting, or audit obligations
Resolve disputes and enforce agreements

Retention periods vary based on the type of information and applicable requirements. Information is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, including:

The right to know categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, sources, purposes, and categories disclosed to third parties, service providers, or contractors in the prior 12 months (and, where applicable, historical access extending to January 1, 2022)

Requests may be submitted via privacy@honex.com. We respond within 45 days, extendable once by an additional 45 days where permitted by law.

European Users (EEA, UK, Switzerland)

For users located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process personal data based on contractual necessity, legitimate interests (such as platform operations and security), and legal obligations. For inquiries or requests, contact us using the details below.

9. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Honex is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your personal information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States or other jurisdictions with different data protection laws.
